Firefox Bookmarks

I dual boot between XP and Ubuntu 6.10 and use Firefox 2.0.0.3 as the
default browser in both. They both work almost identically on either OS
as you would expect (?) except for one major niggle - Bookmarks.

In XP, I like to have my most often visited sites appear at the top of
the bookmark list after running 'sort by name' and to do this I add an
underscore to the first letter of the site name ie; _Ubuntu. Works fine,
Ubuntu appears at the top of my (very long) bookmark list... but only in
XP!

If I try the same trick in Firefox on _Ubuntu, then the 'sort by name'
command ignores the underscore and _Ubuntu gets indexed in its place
with all the other sites beginning with U, etc.

Any ideas how to force Ubuntu Firefox to act like Microsoft Firefox?
