edgy->feisty: upgrad hanged at restarting SSH server

Well, the above problem really hosed my system. It stopped the upgrade 
process and apparently did not finish generating initramfs stuff for the 
installed kernels.

I rebooted with a LiveCD (Ubuntu Feisty!) and then chrooted into my hard 
disk installation and then did "aptitude upgrade" which finished the 
remainder of the upgrade process. I was then able to reboot into the new 
Feisty install.

The remaining problem was that the starting of the upgrade process had 
disabled restricted driver sources. Re-enabling them and upgrading gave 
me the newer nvidia drivers as well.

Feisty is now running smoothly on the laptop. Yet to verify wireless 
stuff though.
