beta upgrade question

If you're running Feisty Beta and have kept up with the upgrades with 
the built-in upgrade facilities, does one have to do anything to upgrade 
to the "full" non-beta version of Feisty?  I looked at the website and 
it only has instructions, from what I can find, for 6.10 to go to 7.04, 
and instructions for previous versions from 6.10 to go to 7.04...
