vpn using openssh tunneling feature from a windows client?

Thank you for your response,
but this isn't tunnelling feature i was talking about.
this is port forwarding of certain ports

i am looking for a way to direct ALL traffic to a specific subnet
through an ssh tunnel
much like a vpn

i am wondering if anyone has managed this using a windows client.
