user changing their own password

I am setting user accounts up with default passwords.
i want to have the users log in for the first time with a default password
then change the password to whatever they want.
but i don't see where they can do that from the desktop

i am looking for a solution that isn't "open up gnome password, type
passwd and then the new password"

is there a gui tool for users to change their own password?
