How to Add the PUBKEY of this Repository?

Yes, dear Zhang, that is the problem for me. I don't know how to grab
the signing key. I have done it for servers for which the address of the
signing key is given, when I downloaded it with wget, and then added it.
For these two repositories, I don't know the address of the key:

So, how I can run wget and get the key? Can anyone please give it here?
