Hmm, dunno, but have you tried the tplink site? They have a driver
download for Linux: http://www.tp-link.com/support/download.asp and
search for "3269". The zip file contains, among other things, drivers
sources and installation instructions for kernel 2.6 (they are from 2004
though). 

The more helpful part here is probably that the README explains that
this card is actually a RealTek RTL8169s/8110s, and according to the
first link if I google for this string + Linux, it is enough to load the
module r8169 [1]. Also check out [2]
