Mount and watch HD

I have 2 hd. on my h.d 1 i have win xP ,vista and a fat32 partition to save all data, on my H.D. 2 i have ubuntu feisty

I wanna mount the fat32 partition in order to share it with ubuntu.
how can i do this?

by other side, im still with my stylus c79 unistalled in ubuntu `cause i don have the c68 driver
