Simply Mepis derived form Dapper Drake

Hi,

Simply Mepis is based on dapper Drake and I wnated to try it out to see what 
the differences are. I started the live cd and tried KDE 3D since I have 
never been able to get a 3D desktop available in DD. To my surprise that 
worked flawlessly on my Dell Inspiron 9300 (Graphics card is ATI X300 128MB 
PCIe Video) and was speedy even running from the LiveCD. Also the kompose 
like feauture was very nice and very speedy.

Now what is the difference between this SimpluMpeis and Dapper drake, and what 
will Feisty Fawn add to the equation when it is released soon?
