rsync connection refused (111)

Never mind.  I just got it working.

Either the rsync --daemon wasn't starting although I had rebooted the computer a few times and everytime, I saw where it was shutting rsync down.  I started it manually with rsync -daemon (no error or complaint) so it is very likely that the inetd.conf entry is wrong. I also stripped out some not really needed entries in my rsyncd.conf file so there might have been something there but I don't think so.
