Popularity Contest: (Dapper) bouncing mail

   After all the conversations about Popularity Contest last week, and
thinking how many times packages I use aren't represented, I turned on
PopCon.

    But there's something wrong, with mails getting sent back; for some
reason with

<popcon at ubuntu.com>: host fiordland.ubuntu.com[82.211.81.145] said: 450
    <root at altavista.local>: Sender address rejected: Domain not found
(in reply to RCPT TO command)


   Looks like something upstream has changed; does anyone know the fix,
or should I just turn it back off?
