Before looking at individual problems: it seems to me that there are
still at least 2 issues here: courier-authdaemon being in an
inconsistent state, and a dependency problems with courier-authlib.
Let's move slowly ...

When you do the apt-get -f install, it tells you, "WARNING: The
following packages cannot be authenticated! courier-authlib
courier-authdaemon courier-base!"
Do you know why this is the case? Do you possibly have 3rd-party
repositories enabled, or something else is non-default? It would be
great it you could post the results of "apt-cache policy
courier-authlib" and the same for courier-authdaemon.

Also, what happens if you do sudo "sudo aptitude dist-upgrade" instead
of "sudo aptitude upgrade"?

And please post your /etc/apt/sources.list
