Import email fromWindows OutlookExpressto Ubuntu

Hi Listers,

I have just installed Ubuntu on Hard Drive-D.  MS Windows and much email are on Hard Drive-C.  Is it possible to import that email into Ubuntu?  I am a nubie so, be specific.
