If they are broken, you don't want apt to forget them.  That would only 
lead to more problems later.

It's unlikely that you are missing 177 package dependencies.  It's 
probably just a few.  Install any that you see and the number of errors 
should go down.  You may have to go a few rounds, but it's not going to 
take long.

Alternatively, uninstall the packages that are broken, then reinstall.
