While it's true that one would prefer to use dist-upgrade over upgrade
to go from one version to the next, I want to add (since it will be
upgrade time soon for many people when Feisty will be released) that
what one really wants to do is use neither, but follow the instructions
and use upgrade-manager. E.g.,
