No. It's just a default grub setup.
/boot/vmlinuz-2.6.15-27-amd64-k8 root=/dev/hda1 ro quiet splash

I did a normal install from the live CD. However, it's a fairly
uncomplicated setup, with no raid, and no SATA:-
3 IDE drives, 1 CD/DVD writer, GeForce graphics card, 1 Hauppage TV
card, and 2GB.
