Dapper - more updates skipped

On an update 2 days ago,there was a new linux-image-386 and
linux-restricted-modules-386 that were not installed.  This morning
(9/20/06) another update for dapper was available, but I get a dialog
telling me that the updates for the linux-image-386 and
linux-restricted-modules-386 will be skipped.

Is there something wrong with those updates?
Or is this a new Dapper bug?
