troubles to UNSUSCRIBE , PLEASE HELP

Hi, I have lost my password and since 3 months I m under massive mailing from ubuntu user list ( how ?).
I do no more use ubntu and would like really to be delivered from the mailing .
please a gentle help on your mailing list eradicating my adress from there would be nice.
