Customizing Kernel names in Grub.

Good day!

How do you customize the kernel names in Grub if I install a new kernel?

for example, in /boot/grub/menu.lst the line generated automatically,

title           Ubuntu, kernel 2.6.17-7-generic (on /dev/hda3)

and in grub it displays

Ubuntu, kernel 2.6.17-7-generic (on /dev/hda3)

How do I customize the next for the next kernel, example

Ubuntu Edgy Eft Knot 3 (Development Release).
