join ubuntu IRC through http

Hi there,

I'm behind proxy in our local network and can't connect to IRC with xchat or
other IRC clients... I'm looking for web access to ubuntu IRC on freenode...
something like this : http://t3chat.think-open.org/irc.cgi but for ubuntu
