apt-cacher problem

hi all

im trying to use apt-cacher to make a local repository. on the remote hostes
i get this

 sudo apt-get update
Ign http://10.0.0.4 dapper Release.gpg
Ign http://10.0.0.4 dapper-updates Release.gpg
Ign http://10.0.0.4 dapper-updates Release.gpg
Ign http://10.0.0.4 dapper Release.gpg
..

any help?
