can't upgrade kernel

Why can't I upgrade my kernel this time in Ubuntu?
I have 2.6.15.25 and I see there is a new release to Ubuntu for
2.6.15.26with restricted modules etc... according to my update
manager. However, when
I go ahead to install the new packages, it fails because the md5 checksum is
incorrect..! This is rather annoying, but I would really like to use the
latest kernel.
Has anyone else gotten this problem and if so, is there any workaround?
