Some way to install libborqt_6.9.0-3_i386.deb, once downloaded?

Ah, grateful thanks, Eamonn.
I should also be able to use that to copy packages from my laptop to the
(isolated) desktop at home.
(In the interim, I'd managed to find a .tgz for the lib out there, stuff
it into /usr/lib, and run ldconfig, thus getting there by hand. That's
not enough for other packages, though, so thanks again.)
