Resolution : LiveCD (Ok) Installed (Not Ok)

I ran ubuntu6.06 LiveCD in my Intel915 + 2.80 Intel EM64T system. The
resolution was pretty high for me (1280x1024). I liked everything.

then I installed it into my system. But, now the problem is that the
resolution is just (640x480) and I can't change it from the menu.

Please help
