Hi Shrikar archak!

If you are highly technical you might do well to look into "mkiosfs".

Some backgound links:
-------------------------------------
# A definition of CDFS?
http://www.webopedia.com/TERM/C/CDFS.html

# Perhaps what you are looking for?
http://trappist.elis.ugent.be/~ronsse/cdfs/

# Another definition includeing the above:
http://www.xmission.com/~comphope/jargon/c/cdfs.htm

# From the above, a glossary of CD FS terms (incomplete)
http://www.xmission.com/~comphope/jargon/cd.htm

# With links at bottom this would just about complete a glossary:

Me, I just use k3b and am happy.

System > Administration > Synaptic Package Manager
When the Synaptic Package Manager window is up do
   Settings > Repositoires
And checkmark all of them (may take several times in)
From the Synaptic Package Manager window do
Reload (a button on the button bar)
From the Synaptic Package Manager window do
Search (a button on the button bar)
From the resultant "Find" window in the Search line type
           k3b
In the results find k3b, mark for installation, check the
"apply" button and observe the install. You should then find k3b in:
Applications > Sound & Video > k3b.

Enjoy!
