HP6122 OK but HPLIP not working

My cuosd.conf says:
# Restrict access to the admin pages...
<Location /admin>
  Order allow,deny
  Allow localhost
</Location>

I have also changed this part to allow localhost

 <Limit All>
    Order deny,allow
    Allow localhost
  </Limit>

Doesn't seem to have helped, I'm afraid.
