Mono and Monodevelop

There are already packages for mono 1.1.17 in Debian unstable, so
probably the ones for Ubuntu would be out soon (if not already).

Building mono from the svn repository is pretty straightforward when
following the instructions in:

http://www.mono-project.com/AnonSVN
http://www.mono-project.com/Compiling_Mono
