Yes.  Developers have been promising to fix this since Hoary (iirc).  The
fix to actually have reportbug feed the bug tracker directly has
been "imminent" ever since.  

Corey Burger has been intercepting all the messages sent here and feeding
them to malone.  Just this week another "imminent" fix was announced :-)
