Should I fall back to 32 bit?

Good news to me! All I need is a STABLE system that works as expected. I 
know linux needs a lot of configuring and tweaking and I certainly had 
fun doing exactly that, but I can't solve what I can't solve.

Now it seems to me very clear that it is a good decision to fall back to 
32bit Ubuntu.
