 Well I heard a lot of good things about this program from others but I
also couldn't find much information. I think in the end I found some
documentation about it on the KDE docs website. It's about 4 months
since I last used KDE (I switched to Gnome) but from what I remember
then Katapult was pretty cool, although the version number was low it
worked well and was under rapid development.
