Compaq Wireless LAN 200 on Comapq N410C

I've got an N410C supplied by the company I work for. It has
the add on Compaq Wireless LAN W200 card.

I had this working great on Breezy, but my attempt to upgrade
to 6.50 failed miserably, and I wound up reinstalling from
scratch. Now I'm working through getting things that were working
before, working again.

I can't recall what I had to do tom get this card working. Can anyone point
me in the right direction?
