Best USB Wireless card?

Just because I wondered I google for "Foxconn USB wireless" and got a listing that linked to
Newegg at:
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=33-194-001&depa=1

Seems they DO carry such now (maybe a slightly different model)..
