opengl on Dapper

I have a program that use glut (the OpenGL Utility toolkit) library.
This used to compile and run quite happily on Breezy. I have upgraded my
Breezy system to Dapper some time ago but have only just got around to
trying this programme.

Now when I compile the program, it complains it cannot find the
file /usr/include/GL/gl.h This is included from freeglut_std.h which is
included from glut.h.

The file it's complaining about is definitely not there, but I'm sure it
was under Breezy.

My question is which package do I need to install to get this file back,
or how do I find out which package it is in?

Many thanks.

Regards,
Tony.
