I gave up on mine... I consider Lexmark all in one winprinters to be about as
usefull as boat anchors... I got rid of mine.. it was damned greedy in
windows on ink anyway... always ran dry of the blue one... at the critical
moment...halfway through a hi rez colour print on the expensive paper just
after having done a perfectly good draft quality print on normal paper.
Got a hp psc 1350 all in one... It's a real printer with full innards and can
do the photocopying trick without having to be connected to a running windows
computer... scans in Linux as well.
and it's running Linux itself... I know cos when I tried to install debian on
another box that had the printer hooked up, the debian installer listed the
printer's internal ext2 partitioned disk as an installation target...
