Squid is too heavyweight in a small environment, both talking about
resource usage and configuration effort (especially if someone hasn't
yet dealt with it before). To just block access to a few web sites
without wanting all the advanced caching / filtering / access policy
rules Squid has to offer, there probably are solutions to better suit
the task.
