install a kde app on ubuntu

I'm not 100% sure, but I would assume that doing
# apt-get install konversation
would give you the bare essentials of KDE, along with the program.
Installing it that way will get it install and operationable, but I
can't guarantee it will be the absolute minimum requirements for it to
run, you might get a little bit extra.
