Mount a hd with ubuntu on it

I've changed those settings now.

I have the hd installed on my system.

Here are the details on the drive:
*-disk
volume: 0
 desc: HPFS/NTFS partition -> this was my Windows XP fallback
 logical name: /dev/hdd1
volume: 1
 desc:Linux filesystem partition
 /dev/hdd2
volume: 2
 desc: Extended partition
 /dev/hdd3

I want to get access to /home.
