microsoft visual studio and JCreator

Don't say me like that, today is the 7th day i 'm using linux and ubuntu.
Because i need to write program for my subject, and most of the languages
taugh in college is all about microsoft languages. This is a way -block for
me, if i can not write vb.net and asp.net application in linux. And i know,
linux is never been windows. They are different. Linux is free, free to
changes, free to use.
