Its not a game as such.
It prints out a 'fortune'

taken from the manual:
fortune - print a random, hopefully interesting, adage

Just type:
fortune
in a terminal (making sure you installed some fortunes of course)

Need more information?
as always the manual can be read by typing:
man fortune

an example:
~$ fortune
question = ( to ) ? be : ! be;
                -- Wm. Shakespeare

or to get a 'short' fortune:
$ fortune -s
Avoid gunfire in the bathroom tonight.
