One click shutdown?

Ever since the fancy new shutdown, logout etc. window was introduced
in dapper, it takes at least two clicks to shutdown ubuntu. Click the
Quit button in the top right or the power button on the PC, then
choose shutdown from the window that pops up. You can get rid of this
window by unticking 'ask on logout' in the Sessions preferences, but
then the Quit button logs you out to GDM, rather than shutting down.

Is there any way to get a button on screen that shuts down the
computer in one click, and to get the computers power button to shut
it down in one click?
