Ex-Mandrake user needs tutorials for Apt

Install the packages apt-howto-en and debian-reference-en (you need to
have the universe repository enabled for this) and then have a look at
/usr/share/doc/Debian/reference/ and /usr/share/doc/Debian/apt-howto/


Both docs are written for Debian so there are some differences with Ubuntu.
