http://www.yrex.com/spam/spamconfig.php may come in handy when you're
setting up spam assassin.
there is also a tutorial in the forums regarding spam/evolution -
unfortunatly it doesn't seem as simple as installing and activating the
relevant plugin. the url to that thread is
