probably

i would try the following :
1)  run:   file /lost+found/#5881
 to see what kind of file it is

2) look at the beginning of the file, as following :
   dd if=/lost+found/#5881 of=/tmp/test.txt count=1024

 open /tmp/test.txt in a txt-editor, and see whether you can recognise it
