Yes, that's standard Kickstart. See the 'url' option here:

... I think. You'll need to make sure to put that after any 'url'
option.

the selected country (e.g. "us").

Kickstart syntax is all implemented in the kickseed source package, for
what it's worth, although manual preseed directives are generally
handled elsewhere.
