local repository

Hi,
I would like to setup local repository  - need to instal Ubuntu to some
computers with limied network connection.

So my idea was:
- download deb packages (main,universe, multiverse) for i386 (do not need
other architectures)
- create repository on notebook so this notebook will be a mirror.

Problem is that I do not how and from where to download those packages. The
only what i have found is http://www.ubuntu.com/download/mirror

But i do not need to all 170 GB as I will not be installing nothing other
than 386.

Any idea how to do that?
