ENC: grub error 22

OK OK..I know theres a bunch of forums and all of them talks about dual
boot issues..but believe me Id tried all.

My IIS server crashed so I needed to reinstall my Win XP and since then I
cannot reach Ubuntu 6.06 again

Already tried the grub usb and cd boot... manual and automatic restoring
following the Ubuntuwiki guide but nothing seems to work properly.

Im always stucked into error 22. after setup (hd0) command.

Any help is welcomed...please.
