Still waiting for the download to complete from archive.org, I thought
I would get the high quality version.

Any way after opening Archive and selecting to view the files I was
pleasantly surprised to see the following at the bottom of the file
listing:

Apache/2.0.54 (Ubuntu) PHP/5.0.5-2ubuntu1.2 mod_ssl/2.0.54
OpenSSL/0.9.7g Server at ia300125.us.archive.org Port 80

that archive.org server runs Ubuntu! (presumably)
