OO.o2 troubles

Hey all,

I'm experiencing a weird problem; if I open OO.o2, then edit a document, 
save it, and close it with Control+W, I cannot either open another document 
by Control+O, or quit the whole program by Control+Q.

Has anyone else stumbled upon the same issue? I'd like to get a 
confirmation, before I file a bug.
