Anything like this for Ubuntu?

I just got five CDs in the mail. They didn't say desktop or server. I put it in my server, which has no OS and the bios installation was done. Then ubunto checked for everything else and it was working. Then it came to a screen with a list of options and I clicked start installation, then it goes to a brown screen, the ubunto comes up and then it went to another brown screen and it's just sitting there. Any suggestions
