Alt-F2 within Gnome

Hi,

there are shell script those located in:
  ~/bin/name
and
  /usr/local/bin/name

there is directory:
 ~/name

Alt-F2 within Gnome > typing "name" >
directory is opened !!!

In my opinion it is wrong behavior!
~/bin/name should has a max priority.

How can I fix it?
